Mrs. Geeta yadav – Founder & President

Geeta Yadav is the founder and president of a team that has worked for social welfare in collaboration with the Khushi Foundation Charitable Society. Born in a small village in Uttarakhand, India, she received her primary education there. She began doing social work at a young age. At 15, she formed an organization called ‘Bal Mangal Dal’ in Satpuli, Uttarakhand, which was supported by the village’s children and adults. Established in 1994, this organization operated for four years, providing significant aid to the villagers, especially during natural disasters.

Her father is an army soldier, was transferred to Delhi, prompting the family’s relocation. She completed her further education in Delhi and earned an MA from IGNOU University. After completing her studies, she taught at a primary school in Badarpur. Following her marriage, she devoted time to household chores but soon sought to pursue a new passion. She enrolled in a sewing center in Vasant Kunj, completing a two-year course. She later became a teacher at the same center.

In 2015, she opened her own sewing center in Khanpur village, offering affordable fees and free classes to underprivileged girls. Her initiative has empowered many girls, enabling them to become self-sufficient through sewing skills. Some have opened their own shops or sewing centers, while others work from home to support their families.

Despite facing numerous challenges in her early life, she persevered, driven by her commitment to social welfare and empowering women.

Mr. Ashish Massey – Vice President

Ashish Massey, a young man, serves as the Vice President of a team dedicated to social welfare in collaboration with the Khushi Foundation Charitable Society. Born in a high-crime-prone slum in Delhi, he began his journey there. He received his education from a government school and graduated with honors in Political Science from Deshbandhu College in Delhi.

At a young age, he lost his father, and his mother was forced to become the sole earner for him and his sisters. She worked tirelessly at a construction site. This experience deeply impacted him and he became determined to help those in need. Alongside his team, he focused on providing health and education support to disadvantaged individuals.

Witnessing the joy and gratitude to him those they helped felt satisfaction, and he resolved to make helping others his life’s purpose. Through his team’s efforts, they continue to provide essential services to those in need.

He has pledged to assist every individual in need, whether related to health, education, or other areas. He observed that many families struggle to bear the expenses of their daughters’ weddings. After consulting with his team, they decided to organize an annual mass marriage ceremony. Families unable to afford wedding expenses can reach out to their organization, and they will cover the entire cost.

Mr. Yogesh – Chartered Accountant

Mr. Yogesh, a Chartered Accountant based in Delhi, has built a strong reputation as a highly accomplished and customer-focused professional. He is known for his exceptional skills and dedication in serving his clients.With over 3 years of experience in the field, he possesses a deep understanding of the intricacies of financial management and has consistently prioritized client engagement throughout his career.

Ms. Bhawika Yadav is the Treasurer of Khushi Foundation Charitable Society. With a keen eye for financial management, she ensures the foundation’s funds are utilized efficiently and transparently. Her dedication to financial integrity and accountability plays a vital role in supporting the foundation’s initiatives for social welfare and community development.

Mr. Neeraj Kumar serves as the General Secretary of Khushi Foundation Charitable Society, passionately leading initiatives focused on education, healthcare, and community welfare. With a strong commitment to social upliftment, he plays a pivotal role in organizing events and mobilizing resources to bring meaningful change in the lives

Mrs. Savita Yadav serves as the Vice General Secretary of Khushi Foundation Charitable Society. With a strong dedication to community welfare, she oversees the foundation’s operations and ensures the smooth implementation of its programs. Her leadership and organizational skills have been key in driving the foundation’s mission to uplift marginalized communities.

Mr. Deepak Rawat holds the position of Vice General Secretary at Khushi Foundation Charitable Society. With a strong passion for social welfare, he is instrumental in overseeing key initiatives focused on education, healthcare, and community support. His leadership ensures that the foundation’s projects effectively reach and empower underserved populations.

Mrs. Rajni Tayal serves as the Joint Secretary of Khushi Foundation Charitable Society. Dedicated to social welfare, she plays a pivotal role in managing organizational operations and implementing initiatives to uplift underprivileged communities. Her leadership and commitment have significantly contributed to the foundation’s success in education, healthcare, and community development programs.
